Racheal is the Bilingual Sales Representative for our Emerging Markets Division, which is located in First
American's Elyria office. In her position, Racheal is very valuable to our customers needing Hispanic closing
support in both Lorain and Cuyahoga Counties. Prior to joining First American in 2005, Racheal was the
owner of a local beauty salon for seven years as well as holding a Managing Cosmetology License. She makes
her home in Lorain with her three children. |

Kelley Gillett, Escrow Officer
Kelley has a bachelor of science from Kent State University and has been working in the title insurance
business for the First American family since 1995. She has experience working in many areas of the business,
but has spent the majority of her time as an escrow officer. |

Shari L. Hewitt, Escrow Officer
Shari has been with the First American family since 2005. She has been in the title/mortgage industry since
1995. While most of her time has been spent as an escrow officer she also has her title insurance license
and has been in management. |

Allison Hemmings, Customer Service Specialist
Allison began working part-time at the Data Trace Plant for First American in the summer of 1996. She then
moved to our Chicago Plant and worked with the Tax and Legal Department. Allison started her career
in property information during the spring of 2001. She is now one of our best customer service specialists--who
has a great relationship with her customers. We often hear, "We just love her" when customers
speak about her. Allison graduated from North Royalton High School in 1998 and resides in North Royalton
with her boyfriend, Dustin, and her cat, Charlie. |
