 Holly
Lewis, VP / Branch and Area Manager (330-416-4182)
Holly has been with First American Title since 1982 and has over 30 years of experience in the title industry
overseeing both residential and commercial transactions. Licensed to sell title insurance by the Ohio Department
of Insurance, Holly serves as area manager for Medina and Wayne Counties. Holly is active in the Medina
County Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of the Medina County Land Title Association and has served
as its president. She is also a member of the Medina County Board of Realtors® and an affiliate member
of the Medina Chapter of Women's Council of Realtors®. She has two children and enjoys spending time
with her husband, John, doing rehab work on older homes. |

DiStaulo, AVP / Marketing Representative (330-416-0986)
As a licensed title agent, Freida has worked in Medina and Wayne Counties in both title sales and service
since 2001. She has received the Affiliate of the Year award from the Medina County Board of Realtors® and
is also a member of The Medina Real Estate Hall of Fame. Freida was a Realtor® for 15 years and served
as president of the Medina County Board of Realtors® as well as president of the Women's Council of
Realtors® during that time. She received both the Realtor® of the Year and WCR Member of the Year
awards. This Realtor® background has given Freida an excellent understanding of title problems and
solutions during the real estate transaction. Forty years of professional experience in service positions

Susan Reed, Escrow Officer (330-345-2220)
After graduating with honors from Harlan High School in 1989, Susan began working in the customer service
industry. She joined First American in 2003 and has taken advantage of extensive Company training opportunities.
First American holds membership in many local organizations and Susan actively participates in those
endeavors. |
