Sally J. Lucius, Vice President / Area
Manager (419-706-1123)
Sally has been with First American since 1988. Her title background is in customer service, examining and
escrow. She started in the Norwalk office in 1988. In 1993 she opened the Fremont Branch. In 1995 she came
back to the Norwalk office as manager. In 2003, she was promoted to area manager and the Sandusky office
was added to her territory. Prior to working in the title industry she worked in the banking industry for
six years. |

Mary has been the Sales Representative for the Sandusky/Erie County, Norwalk/Huron County, and Fremont/Sandusky
County offices since 1992. Prior to joining First American, she was Vice President of a financial institution
in the lending/loan servicing division. |

Joni Wahl, Escrow Officer
Joni started with First American in 1992. She worked briefly in Norwalk and then transferred to the Fremont
office. Joni transferred to Sandusky in 1995 as an escrow officer. She is part of the Delta Lambda Sorority
of Beta Sigma Phi. |

Jeanine Steinle, Escrow Officer
Jeanine started her career as a real estate agent in Fremont in the early 1990's. She was a million dollar
producer in both Fremont and Toledo for a number of years. In 2006, Jeanine joined First American as
a closer and has progressed into an escrow officer. |

Jessica Martinez, Examiner
Jessica has been with First American and/or our agents since 1996. She started in our Sandusky office and
now she examines for both Huron and Erie Counties. |
