Sally J. Lucius, Vice President / Area
Manager (419-706-1123)
Sally has been with First American since 1988. Her title background is in customer service, examining and
escrow. She started in the Norwalk office in 1988. In 1993, she opened the Fremont Branch. In 1995, she
came back to the Norwalk office as manager. In 2003, she was promoted to area manager and the Sandusky
office was added to her territory. Prior to working in the title industry she worked in the banking industry
for six years. |

Mary Boldman, Vice President / Sales

Mary has been the Sales Representative for the Norwalk/Huron County, Fremont/Sandusky County, and Sandusky/Erie
County offices since 1992. Prior to joining First American, she was Vice President of a financial institution
in the lending/loan servicing division. |

Cindy Hartman, Sales Representative (419-366-0538)
Cindy started with First American in 2004 as a part time closer. In 2006, she started in sales and is a
Sales Representative for both the Norwalk office and the Ashland office. Prior to working for First
American, Cindy was a loan originator for a mortgage broker and financial institution. She is also licensed
to sell title insurance by the Ohio Department of Insurance.

Jeanine Steinle, Escrow Officer
Jeanine started her career as a real estate agent in Fremont in the early 1990's. She was a million dollar
producer in both Fremont and Toledo for a number of years. In 2006, Jeanine joined First American as
a closer and has progressed into an escrow officer. |

Kay started with First American in 1998. She has 15 years of title experience in the field of examining
and customer service. |
