I am a lifelong resident of Lake County and an active member in the Home Builders Association (HBA), Lake & Geauga
Area Association of Realtors (LGAAR), Painesville Area Chamber of Commerce (PACOC), and the Lake County
Development Council (LCDC). My professional background includes various fields such as title, communications,
accounting, public relations and business management. I've worked in the service industry for companies
that emphasize a devotion to customer service and attention to detail to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
I enjoy activities that promote a healthy lifestyle--in particular spending time outdoors with my family
and my very spoiled German Shepherd. |

Paul D. Nemitz, Senior Escrow Officer
I have been involved in both the title and lending aspects of escrow closing since 1999. I worked here
at First American Title (Midland Title) as a courier, examiner trainee and escrow officer in the late
90's. I came back to First American as a Senior Escrow Officer in March of 2006. In between that time,
I worked at both Charter One Bank in Cleveland and MBNA in Beachwood in their escrow closing departments.
I am currently studying for my Ohio Title Insurance License. In my spare time, I like to travel to area
casinos but my favorite destination is Las Vegas. I live in Mayfield Heights with Jeff, my partner of
five years, and our dog Lola, a Jack Russell/Beagle mix. |
